Australian first DEUTZ training sessions a hit with dealers

Knowing about the engines you work with and sell is a must and DEUTZ Australia understands this.

So do our dealers, who have snapped up places in our new Melbourne training program.

Dealer training is an important aspect of our service to our valued partners and these new sessions are an Australian first for us.

DEUTZ has purchased a new Tier 4 power pack so training on the TCD4.1, TCD6.1 and TCD7.8 engines can be held in Australia for the first time.

The first two training sessions at our DEUTZ Australia headquarters in Melbourne, from 10-13 September and 1-3 October, have sold out.

We will also offer Tier 4 Final EAT training to dealers in the next 18 months.

DEUTZ Australia has invested in Australian based dealer training since 2017, allowing them to stay up-to-date and offer improved customer satisfaction to the OEMS and end users.

Dealer Development Manager Shane Moretto says dealers must attend training every two years to remain up to date in the training requirements, with several dealers attending training in Singapore and Germany during 2019.

“This training will now be run each year for dealers in Australia to allow training locally for the dealers who can’t travel to Europe of Asia,” Shane says.

“Plans are in place to also start running training on other engines models in Australia, providing dealers with training options in three locations.”
