Quality and Environmental Management
DEUTZ Quality Management System according to DIN EN ISO 9001
Since initial certification in the year 1993 the DEUTZ quality management system has been monitored by an independent auditor.
From development to delivery of the engines, DEUTZ carries out all processes in accordance with strict quality guidelines, which were reconfirmed and certified by the certification body DQS in 2011. The consistently high quality of our engines is one of the factors in our outstanding success.
DEUTZ Environmental Management System according to DIN EN ISO 14001
In the year 2003 DEUTZ introduced on a voluntary basis an Environmental Management System whose conformity with the international norm DIN EN ISO 14001 was reconfirmed in 2011 by an independent auditor of the certification body DQS.
With this program, we are setting ourselves voluntary targets for reducing the environmental impacts that can arise as a result of DEUTZ’s commercial activities.
The renewed certification by DQS confirms and reinforces our endeavours to use various measures to make a sustainable contribution towards protecting the environment.
DEUTZ has been awarded the AEO certificate and has therefore acquired the status of an Authorised Economic Operator.
The aim of the certification is to secure the end-to-end international supply chain from the manufacturer of a product to the end consumer.
